Channel 43-23 connects the Ajna Center (Gate 43 — "Breakthrough") with the Throat Center (Gate 23 — "Splitting Apart"). This is an Individual Knowing Circuit channel, known as the channel of genius — or "madness."

People with this channel think completely differently from most people. Their mental processes are innovative but often incomprehensible to others.

Gate 43 in the Ajna Center is responsible for inner insight — a sudden understanding that comes as a flash of knowing. Gate 23 in the Throat Center gives the ability to verbalize this insight.
