Manifestors should inform before initiating the change. Pluto can drive a Manifestor to drop a bomb of truth on a family or workplace. Informing softens the collision and lets the new reality take root.
Reflectors should wait a full lunar cycle before making any major Pluto-driven decision. Their authority is the moon itself, and lunar clarity prevents them from being swept into someone else's underworld.

Pluto never destroys for the sake of destroying. It clears what is no longer true so something more authentic can emerge. When you align with your Strategy and Authority during a Pluto transit, you stop resisting the death and start cooperating with the rebirth.
