1/3 Reflector
The 1/3 Reflector investigates life deeply before experiencing it through trial and error, then reflects the health of their community. Their Investigator-Martyr foundation meets the lunar cycle, demanding patience over impulse in all defining moments.
What is a 1/3 Reflector?
A 1/3 Reflector is a rare type with the Investigator-Martyr profile, meaning they have a deep need to research and understand the foundations of whatever captures their interest. The first line of the 1 brings a penetrating, focused mind that studies subjects thoroughly, while the third line of the 3 draws them into the world through repeated, sometimes painful, lived experience. As a Reflector, they have no defined centers and operate through the cycles of the Moon, making them highly sensitive mirrors of the people and environments around them.
How they make decisions
Wait a Lunar Cycle
The Reflector strategy is to wait a full lunar cycle, roughly 28 days, before making any major decision, allowing emotional clarity and lunar transits to reveal the truth. A 1/3 Reflector benefits from waiting even more deliberately, since their Investigator mind wants to research while their Martyr line pushes them toward premature action. Delaying big choices until the Moon has completed its cycle through all 64 gates brings consistency, surprise-free decisions, and correct timing for someone whose authority is none other than time itself.
