Sacral authority is the most powerful form of inner knowing. The Sacral center responds to requests through sound signals: 'uh-huh' means 'yes', 'unh-unh' or silence means 'no'. This response is immediate and pre-conditional: it arises before the mind has a chance to form a thought. The key is to learn to hear and trust these sounds and gut feelings.

Ask the people around you to pose questions that require a direct yes/no answer. For example: 'Do you want to do this?' Let the first sound or body sensation answer before the mind engages. If you do not feel a clear 'yes' in your body — that means 'no'. Practice listening to your body rather than your thoughts about the decision.
