• Mistake: initiating projects instead of responding to requests
• Management: give specific tasks and ask "Do you want to do this?"

Manifesting Generator: The Multi-Potentialite

MGs (~33%) are the fastest workers on any team.

• Ideal role: multitasker, crisis manager, startup team member
• Strategy: let them work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Mistake: limiting to one task — boredom kills productivity
• Management: flexible schedule, varied tasks, freedom in methods

Projector: The Natural Leader

Projectors (~20%) are guides and managers. They see others more deeply than people see themselves.

• Ideal role: manager, consultant, coach, HR, strategist
• Strategy: wait for invitation to a position. An invited Projector will be recognized and effective
• Mistake: giving advice without being asked — perceived as criticism
• Management: recognize their expertise, invite them into decision-making

Manifestor: The Initiator and Visionary

Reflectors (~1%) are health indicators of a company.
