Splenic authority is the oldest and quietest. It is connected to survival and the body's health. This intuition speaks in real time with one quiet signal — and never repeats. It does not justify itself or give explanations. You may feel it as a sudden body knowing, muscle tension or a sense of 'right/wrong'.
Decision-making process
Be present in the moment. When a choice arises, let your body react immediately. If you feel a quiet 'yes' as relaxation or lightness — act. If you feel anxiety, tension or nothing — pause. The main mistake is waiting for the signal to repeat or be confirmed by thought. It speaks only once.
