Emotional authority arises when the Solar Plexus center is defined. Your emotional wave — from euphoria to depression — passes through natural cycles. Clarity only arrives after you have let the wave rise and fall several times. No decision made at the 'peak' or 'bottom' of the wave is your true decision.

When your answer remains consistently positive even on an 'ordinary' emotional day — that is your clarity. The ideal is to reach 'no regrets' — a state of calm approval, not euphoria.
