The Experiment: The Only Way to Verify Human Design

Human Design founder Ra Uru Hu always said: "Don't believe me. Check it for yourself." Human Design is not a belief system. It is mechanics that must be verified through personal experience.

The experiment is the practice of living according to Strategy and Authority over an extended period (minimum 7 years — a full cell renewal cycle).

Step 1: Know Your Basics

You need to know three things:

• Your type — Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, Manifestor, or Reflector
• Your strategy — how to interact with the world
• Your authority — how to make decisions

That's all you need to start.

Step 2: Start Small

• Generators — ask each morning: "What do I have sacral response to today?"
• Projectors — notice when you're invited or recognized
• Manifestors — practice informing others about your plans
• Reflectors — start keeping a lunar journal

Step 3: Observe the Not-Self

• Generator — frustration (when initiating instead of responding)
• Projector — bitterness (when not receiving recognition)
• Manifestor — anger (when controlled or stopped)
• Reflector — disappointment (in the wrong environment)

These emotions are indicators that you're not living according to your design.

Step 4: Be Patient

Deconditioning takes years. First results appear after a few months, deep transformation takes 7 years. Every day of practice is a step toward your authentic nature.
