Emotional authority arises when the Solar Plexus center is defined. Your emotional wave — from euphoria to depression — passes through natural cycles. When an important decision arises, your first reaction is just the first point on the wave. Wait a day, two days, a week. Ask yourself on different days: 'How do I feel about this now?' When your answer remains consistently positive even on an 'ordinary' emotional day — that is your clarity. The ideal is to reach 'no regrets' — a state of calm approval, not euphoria.
