Lunar Authority (Reflector)

How it works

Lunar authority is the slowest and deepest. Reflectors are completely open: no center is defined. They mirror the energy of their environment and the Moon. During the 28-day lunar cycle, the Moon activates all 64 Gates in sequence, and each new activation gives the Reflector a fresh perspective on a decision. Only after a complete cycle does clarity arrive.

Decision-making process

Note the date when the question arose. Over 28 days, speak about it with different people in different places. Write down how your perspective shifts. Notice how you feel in different environments — around which people does the decision feel right? After 28 days, clarity will either arrive on its own or it will become clear that the decision needs more time.

Not-self state

Reflectors who are pressured into quick decisions may make choices that contradict their nature. They too easily absorb the influence of their environment and take others' decisions as their own. The not-self state is disappointment and alienation from their own experience.
