Measured across 13,692 charts, Reflectors come to 1.0%. To put that in scale: for every Reflector there are roughly 35 Generators, 32 Manifesting Generators, 21 Projectors and 10 Manifestors. Their rarity follows directly from the mechanics — a Reflector needs every one of the nine centers to be undefined, which is a demanding condition for a chart to meet.
