Ego Authority (Heart Center)

Hvordan det fungerer

Ego authority is connected to the defined Heart (Ego) center without connection to the Ajna or Head centers. It is the authority of willpower — your inner compass for what you are willing or unwilling to do. If your heart says 'I want' — act. If you do not feel genuine desire, forcing 'motivation' leads to depletion.

Beslutningsprosess

Speak your decision out loud. Notice what you say spontaneously — your will expresses itself in words. Ask yourself: 'Do I truly want this?' and listen to the bodily sensation in your chest. Never make promises that contradict your inner 'no'. Your will is a resource that demands respect.

Taking on commitments without genuine desire leads to depletion and breakdown. You promise what you do not intend to deliver, or force yourself to do what you do not want. The not-self state is constantly fighting your will against absent desire.
