What Is the Emotional Wave?

3 Types of Waves

Tribal (19-49, 37-40, 6-59)

Gradual buildup → sudden explosion → relief. Like a volcano.

Individual (22-12, 55-39)

Unpredictable: ecstasy → melancholy without reason. Just let it pass.

Collective (36-35, 41-30)

Rise → plateau → decline. Cyclical, more predictable. Be careful with peak decisions.

5 Rules

1. Never decide instantly — ask for time

3. Check at different wave points
4. Clarity ≠ absence of emotion
5. Keep a decision journal
