How to Recognize Not-Self Frustration

Generator frustration manifests in different ways:

• Irritation without cause — everything irritates you, but you cannot explain why.
• Exhaustion — despite a defined Sacral Center, a frustrated Generator feels constant fatigue.
• Lack of enthusiasm — no desire to get up in the morning and take on the day.
