The Generator is the most common type, approximately 37% of the population. Builders of civilization with powerful life force from a defined Sacral center.
Sacral Response: Your Inner Compass
The Sacral center "speaks" through body sounds: "uh-huh" (yes), "uh-uh" (no), or silence. This is a physical reaction, not an intellectual decision.
How to develop:
- Ask someone to pose yes/no questions and observe your body
- Notice sounds: "mmm," "aha," "nuh" — that's your Sacral
- Distinguish sacral response from emotions
- Don't initiate — wait for something to "come to" you
Strategy: Wait to Respond
"Waiting" doesn't mean sitting at home. It means not initiating from the mind. Do what lights you up and stay open to stimuli.
