9 Human Design Centre
Centre er energetiske transformationsstationer i Bodygraphen. Definerede centre genererer konstant energi, åbne modtager og forstærker omgivelsernes energi.
An open Head center absorbs the mental pressure of those around you — their questions, anxieties, and intellectual stimuli. You may feel compelled to answer questions that don't actually concern you. Others unconsciously offload their mental dilemmas onto you.
An open Ajna absorbs thoughts, beliefs, and ways of processing information from those around you. Your views may shift depending on who you're with, or you may feel pressure to hold a 'correct' viewpoint. Mental certainty in open-Ajna people is amplified, not authentic.
An open Throat absorbs the need to speak and attract attention from defined people nearby. You may talk too much or at the wrong moments, trying to claim space in a conversation. There's a tendency to say what you think others want to hear.
An open G Center absorbs a sense of identity and direction from those around you. Your sense of self may shift depending on who you're with, or you may feel pressure to know 'who you are' and 'where you're going'. The search for a stable self can become an endless quest.
An open Heart center absorbs others' desire to prove their worth and win. You may take on more promises than you can keep, or try to prove your value through achievements. Exhaustion and guilt over 'unkept promises' are common experiences.
An open Sacral center absorbs and amplifies the sacral energy of defined people nearby. You may feel enormously energized around Generators, but quickly deplete when alone. The risk is taking on too much work based on others' seemingly inexhaustible energy.
An open Solar Plexus absorbs and amplifies the emotions of those around you. You may experience others' moods as your own and feel compelled to 'fix' others' emotional states to feel better yourself. Fear of conflict and avoidance of negative emotions are typical reactions.
An open Spleen absorbs others' sense of security and anxiety. You may stay stuck in unhealthy situations, relationships, or jobs out of fear — fear of the unknown, fear of loneliness, or fear of change. Others' sense of safety can feel like your own.
An open Root center absorbs stress pressure and the feeling of urgency from those around you. You may feel you must always be busy or move faster 'to relieve the pressure.' But the pressure returns as soon as you take on the next task.
