Keď robíte rozhodnutia zo svojej skutočnej autority – zo Svätého centra – steny vášho mentálneho tela sa začnú rúcať. Argumenty rozumu strácajú na sile a vážnosť citeľne slabne. Znovu objavíte sviežosť, mladosť, plnosť života. Telo začne mutovať a meniť sa. Väčšina ľudí nemá telo ako také. Existuje len telo, ktoré pat…

Sacral Authority — an inner authority in Human Design — your reliable way of making correct decisions. The authority of Generators and Manifesting Generators. The response is a gut-level 'uh-huh' or 'unh-unh' in real time. Sacral authority is the most powerful form of inner knowing. The Sacral center responds to requests through sound signals: 'uh-huh' means 'yes', 'unh-unh' or silence means 'no'. This response is immediate and pre-conditional: it arises before the mind has a chance to form a thought. The key is to learn to hear and trust these sounds and gut feelings.

How it works
Sacral authority is the most powerful form of inner knowing. The Sacral center responds to requests through sound signals: 'uh-huh' means 'yes', 'unh-unh' or silence means 'no'. This response is immediate and pre-conditional: it arises before the mind has a chance to form a thought. The key is to learn to hear and trust these sounds and gut feelings.
Decision-making process
Ask the people around you to pose questions that require a direct yes/no answer. For example: 'Do you want to do this?' Let the first sound or body sensation answer before the mind engages. If you do not feel a clear 'yes' in your body — that means 'no'. Practice listening to your body rather than your thoughts about the decision.
Strengths
- ✓Immediate and reliable knowing of 'yes' or 'no'
- ✓Natural connection to own energy and resources
- ✓Decisions that lead to satisfaction and sustained motivation
Not-self state
When Generators ignore their sacral response, they take on work that does not fulfill them. The result is chronic fatigue and dissatisfaction. The not-self state is doing what you 'should' rather than what your body responds to.

Zhoda
- Lynda BunnellZdôrazňuje praktickú zvukovú formu spätnej väzby a zaraďuje Svätú autoritu do širšieho kontextu systému Human Design – o ceste k vlastnej autorite a návrate od externého schválenia k internej navigácii.
- Chetan ParkynOpisuje reakciu prostredníctvom telesného pocitu stiahnutia-expanzie pod pupkom a rozširuje princíp, že akékoľvek rozhodnutie urobené pred telesnou reakciou znehodnocuje vrodený kompas a vedie nesprávnym smerom.
