How it works
Emotional authority arises when the Solar Plexus center is defined. Your emotional wave — from euphoria to depression — passes through natural cycles. Clarity only arrives after you have let the wave rise and fall several times. No decision made at the 'peak' or 'bottom' of the wave is your true decision.
Decision-making process
When an important decision arises, your first reaction is just the first point on the wave. Wait a day, two days, a week. Ask yourself on different days: 'How do I feel about this now?' When your answer remains consistently positive even on an 'ordinary' emotional day — that is your clarity. The ideal is to reach 'no regrets' — a state of calm approval, not euphoria.

Not-self state
