1. Service Description
HD Matrix provides Human Design calculations, transit analysis, educational content, and community features. All calculations are based on the Human Design System by Ra Uru Hu.
2. User Accounts
You may use our services anonymously or create an account via Telegram OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. User-Generated Content
By posting content in chat, reviews, or other community features, you grant us a license to display and moderate that content. We may remove content that violates our community guidelines.
4. Limitations
Human Design is a self-knowledge system, not medical or legal advice. Our calculations and interpretations are for informational purposes only. We are not liable for decisions made based on our content.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not: attempt to hack or disrupt our services, scrape data automatically, impersonate others, post illegal or harmful content, or use our platform for phishing or fraud.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Telegram.
7. Intellectual property and trademarks
The calculations, interpretation texts, corpus statistics and code of HD Matrix are our own. You are free to use your calculation results, to save and share your own charts, and to quote our material with a link to the source. Bulk copying of our texts for publication elsewhere is not permitted. Human Design was created as a system by Ra Uru Hu. "The Human Design System", "Rave BodyGraph" and "Rave Mandala" are trademarks of Jovian Archive Media Pte. Ltd. "BG5" belongs to the BG5 Business Institute and "Gene Keys" to Richard Rudd. HD Matrix is not affiliated with these organisations, does not represent them and holds no licence from them; the names are used descriptively, to identify the system being discussed. Our interpretations are independent texts written from open sources and our own calculations, not copies of anyone else's material.
