1. Information We Collect
For registered users we store: your name (used only as a chart label), email, and the birth data you enter — birth date, time and place — plus the coordinates and time zone derived from the place. We also process technical data needed to run the service: IP address, browser and device type, and cookies. Anonymous chart calculations are logged with the calculated result and technical data for operational and statistical purposes.
2. How We Use Your Data
Birth data is used for a single primary purpose: to perform the astronomical calculation that produces your Human Design chart. For registered users it is also stored so your saved charts remain available to you. Email is used for account access and, only if you opt in, transit notifications. We never sell your personal data.
3. Cookies
We use cookies for authentication, analytics (Google Analytics), and user preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work properly.
4. Third-Party Services
We share data only with the processors needed to deliver the service, never for advertising: • Geocoding — the birth city name (not your full birth data) is sent to Open-Meteo and OpenStreetMap/Nominatim to obtain coordinates. • AI features (only when you actively use AI chat or AI reading) — your CALCULATED chart (type, profile, authority, centres, gates) and its label are sent to our AI provider (MiniMax) to generate that response. Your raw birth date, time and place are NOT sent to the AI provider. • Telegram — optional authentication and notifications. • Cloudflare — content delivery and security. • Google Analytics — aggregate usage statistics only, no birth data. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
5. Data Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to accounts is authenticated, API endpoints are rate-limited, and automated abuse is filtered. We keep regular backups. We apply data minimisation toward third parties — in particular, AI features receive only your derived chart, never the underlying birth details.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you may at any time access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Registered users can delete individual charts — and their entire account with all associated data — directly under Account → Data. You may also contact [email protected] to exercise any of these rights.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. AI and Automated Processing
We do NOT train or fine-tune any AI model on user data, and we do not sell data. We compute aggregate, non-identifying statistics (such as how common each chart type is) for internal purposes only. When you use an AI feature, your derived chart is processed by our AI provider solely to generate that specific answer.
9. Data Retention
Registered users' data is kept until you delete it or remove your account, upon which it is erased. Anonymous calculation logs are automatically deleted after 18 months. Backups are rotated regularly.
