1. HD Matrix is free
Every feature of HD Matrix is free for the community. There are no subscriptions, no paid plans and no automatic charges — creating a free account is all you need. Nothing on the site is sold.
2. Voluntary donations
You can support the project with a voluntary donation on the Support page (Monobank, PayPal, Wise or USDT). A donation is a gift: it does not buy access to anything and does not change your account in any way.
3. A donation made by mistake
If you donated by mistake or sent the wrong amount, write to us within 14 days and we will return it — through the same method where that is possible (PayPal, Wise), otherwise to a card or address you give us. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so for USDT we send the amount back to the address you name.
4. How to ask for it back
Email [email protected] with the date, the amount, the payment method and a transaction ID or the last digits of the card. We reply within 3 business days.
5. Former paid subscriptions
Paid plans were discontinued in June 2026. If you were ever charged for an HD Matrix subscription and think it was wrong, contact us — we will look into it regardless of when it happened.
