1. Overview
HD Matrix Pro provides digital subscription services (Premium and Pro plans) that grant access to advanced Human Design features. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No reason is required. This applies to first-time purchases of any paid plan.
3. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account or via the Paddle receipt link; cancellation stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] from the address used for the purchase, including your order ID or the email on the receipt. You can also request a refund directly through the buyer portal linked in your Paddle purchase receipt. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear. You will receive an email confirmation from Paddle when the refund is processed.
