Position Within the Hexagram
In the six-line architecture, Line 2 is the receptive, projective position. The hexagram stands on its lowest trigram, and Line 2 — sitting in the lower trigram, just above the root — is the seat of innate capacity. The 6th-level harmonic of Hexagram 4, the Pioneer tone, places Line 2 in the realm of the natural projector: a being whose gift requires recognition from outside before it can be properly deployed.
