Gate 47 Line 2: The Hermit's Realization
The Line's Keynote
In the I Ching, the second line is the receptive, magnetic, projective position — the field on which the hexagram's energy lands and germinates. In Human Design, Line 2 carries the names The Natural, The Hermit, and The Projective Talent. The 2nd line of 47 is the hermit in the cave who already knows, whose wisdom has been cooked in the slow fire of personal oppression until it has become their own. The knowing is innate, but it does not advertise itself.
