This 30-day experiment is an invitation to step off the map and into the experiment itself: 30 days of practicing your Type, your Strategy, and your Inner Authority as a single, embodied way of moving through the world. There is nothing to master here. There is only the willingness to notice.
Week One: Meet Your Mechanics
Before you change anything, you need to know what you are working with. The first seven days are observational.
Day 1 — Identify your Type. Generator, Manifesting Generator, Manifestor, Projector, or Reflector. Read the description of your Type in a clear state, without agenda. Notice if anything in the body already recognizes it.
Day 2 — Understand your Strategy. Strategy is the mechanical role your energy plays in the world. Generators and Manifesting Generators respond. Manifestors inform. Projectors wait for the invitation. Reflectors wait a lunar cycle. Strategy is not a moral guideline. It is a mechanical reality about how your aura engages life.
Day 3 — Meet your Authority. Your Authority is the body-based decision-making system: Emotional (Solar Plexus), Sacral, Splenic, Ego/Heart, Self-Projected, Mental/Environmental, or Lunar. Authority is the most important part of this experiment, because a correct decision made through the wrong mechanism creates suffering.
Day 4 — Name your Not-Self theme. Generators and Manifesting Generators: frustration. Manifestors: anger. Projectors: bitterness. Reflectors: disappointment. Begin to watch for the theme like a weather pattern. It is a signal, not a verdict.
Day 5 — Glimpse your Signature. When you are living correctly, what emerges? Satisfaction for Generators and Manifesting Generators. Peace for Manifestors. Success for Projectors. Surprise for Reflectors. You may not feel it yet. Just hold the image.
Day 6 — Map what is open. Open centers are where you take in and amplify what is around you. Identify three centers that are not colored in your chart. For the next week, simply notice when you are amplifying someone else's process as if it were your own.
Day 7 — Set a one-line intention. Not a goal, not a vision board. A single sentence you can carry into the rest of the month. Something like: I want to know what my body already knows.
Week Two: Practice Your Strategy
Now the experiment begins. Days 8 through 14 are about Strategy, because Strategy is the outer shape of correctness. Authority without Strategy is hard to hear. Strategy without Authority is a mechanical response that may not be yours.
Generators and Manifesting Generators, practice responding. Begin the day without initiating a single thing. Wait to be asked. Wait for something to land in your field that sparks a sacral "uh-huh" or "uh-uh." Notice how different this feels from pushing, pursuing, or proving.
Manifestors, practice informing. Before you initiate, before you start moving, tell one person what you are about to do. Not for permission. For peace.
Projectors, practice waiting for the invitation. Notice how often you are tempted to offer your gift before being asked. Each time you resist, that is the experiment.
Reflectors, this week is about the slower rhythm. Begin to mark the moon. Notice what happens over a full lunar cycle, not what happens in a single day.
Week Three: Trust Your Authority
Strategy gets you in the right place. Authority tells you which of the doors in front of you to walk through.
If you have Emotional Authority, you do not have an authority for instant decisions. You have a wave. Practice waiting through the low and the high. Sleep on every significant choice. The clarity lives in the second sunrise, not the first impulse.
If you are Sacral, your gut is your compass. The "uh-huh" and "uh-uh" come as sound, sensation, or short words. Ignore the story. Trust the noise.
If you are Splenic, your knowing is in the moment. The spleen whispers once. By the time you are explaining, you are already conditioning yourself away from the signal. Practice deciding quickly and moving on.
If your Authority is Ego/Heart, you are here to follow what your will genuinely wants. Not what you think you should want. Not what is fair. The question is simple: do I actually have the willpower for this?
If you are Self-Projected, talk it out. Listen to the sound of your own voice. The right answer is the one that sounds like you, not the one that sounds correct.
If you are a Mental Projector, you need the right sounding board. Find one trusted voice. Discuss until the body softens or tightens. That is your answer.
If you are a Reflector, the authority is the lunar cycle. Take your time. Most important decisions benefit from 28 days of witness.
Week Four: Witness and Integrate
Days 22 through 30 are the quietest and most important. Stop collecting techniques. Start collecting data.
Notice how the Not-Self theme has shifted. Notice the moments your Signature flickered. Pay attention to environment — every open center is shaped by the room you are in. Notice which people amplify your truth and which amplify your conditioning.
By Day 30, you will not have arrived. You will simply have a clearer taste of what it feels like to live from your own design rather than from the borrowed ones. That taste is the entire practice. Return to it again and again. The experiment only ends when you do.
