Then return to the clean sequence: know what you are initiating, inform the people affected, and act. Peace is not always the outcome, but it becomes far easier to move through resistance without turning every difference of opinion into a rupture.

A Manifestor man does not need to become less forceful, less direct, or less alive. He needs to make his movement legible. Inform first, initiate second, and let your authority remain intact without making other people feel controlled.
