"Planning" here is not logistics or strategy in the conventional sense — it is the deeper planning of who belongs with whom, and how the bonds between people are kept strong enough to survive the natural emotional waves that move through any group.
Gate 37, the conscious Sun in this configuration, is named the Gate of Friendship. It is the voice that asks, "Are we still together? Do we still support one another?" Gate 40, its unconscious Earth, provides the energy to act on that question — to deliver, to be of use, to carry the weight of the emotional field.
