The Right Angle Cross of Unity is one of the 192 possible Incarnation Crosses in the Human Design system. It is built from four gates: the conscious Sun in Gate 24, the conscious Earth in Gate 44, the design Sun in Gate 33, and the design Earth in Gate 19. The two personality gates (24/44) form the Channel of Awareness; the two design gates (33/19) form the Channel of Archiving. Because the personality and design axes are offset, the cross takes the form of a Right Angle — a geometric shape of tension, where what the conscious mind focuses on is at right angles to what the unconscious body preserves and replays. This is a personal-destiny cross: its theme is worked out in the arena of individual life, not through collective absorption.

It belongs to the Individual channel of Awareness (24–44), a channel that runs through the Ajna center and into the Heart center. Gate 24 is the spoken, thinking face of this circuit; Gate 44 is its memory, the pattern-recognition function that recognises when something familiar is approaching. Together they produce the mind that rationalises — that re-tells a story until the story becomes the truth it will live by.
