The throat center is a place of expression and communication: a defined Throat carries constant pressure to be heard and attract attention, while an undefined Throat creates a false sense of having to speak even when there is nothing to say. Through the Throat pass the gates of the voice (12, 31, 56), the channels of the Ring of No Return, as well as the expression of the will of the Heart and the mental concepts of Ajna.
